Together we bring strengths to serve the communities of Riverside and Orange County. As a team, we can offer our clients top-notch service from start to finish, ensuring the entire process is seamless, efficient and rewarding. We are dedicated to listen to our client’s needs and matching individual families with the properties that best suit their needs. Boasting over decades of experience in the real estate industry and deep roots in Corona, Tina and I excel in navigating the complicated terrain of short sales and foreclosures along with assisting in property management and investment real estate properties. Our focus is to provide the needs and wants of our clients, and most importantly to build long lasting relationships. I obtained my real estate license in 1999 after running a successful roofing business. In 2007, I became the Operating principle of my own company “Goodman Realty Group”, and have now joined forces with the #1 Real Estate training and consulting organization RE/MAX REal Pros. My excessive hard working hours and positive attitude paid off receiving twice the Presidential Circle Award for being the top 7% in sales production in 2004 and 2006. I have also been acknowledged in the top 12% of producing agents from 2012 thru 2015 accomplishing over 15 million in total homes sales. Taking the Goodman Realty Group to the next level, I started to build my team and brought Tina Hellwig on board in 2015. Tina’s passion for real estate took her out of the corporate sector of 35 years. Tina’s incredible negotiating skills, along with her time management abilities prove deadlines are met. Tina brings passion and sharp attention to detail to help buyers in a highly-focused search for their new home, and to help sellers get the most value for their home. Tina understands buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions in a client’s life, and views representation and guidance for her clients through this, producing a true privilege. Being a results-driven person, Tina has proven to get the job done effectively and continues to assist with the expansion and growth of the Goodman Realty Group. Tina and I have strong religious family values which brings humbleness and honesty in every clients transaction. The focus of our business has been built primarily from referrals, past clients and clients who become lifelong friends.
